THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.22248 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri C. Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein will make necessary representation before the respondent authorities with regard to the basis on which the respondents are asking the amounts as per the impugned notice and the respondent authorities may be directed to consider such representation and take appropriate action as per law. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if any such representation is submitted by the petitioner herein, the same would be verified and information would be furnished to the petitioner herein strictly in accordance with law.
Having regard to the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open to the petitioner herein to make an appropriate application before the respondent authorities within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and, on such application being made, the respondent authorities shall consider the same and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
