Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M. Srikanth Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.1. At the time of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is dependant upon the outcome of W.P.Nos.36303 and 31996 of 2014. Having regard to the pendency of these two Writ Petitions and grant of interim orders by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the present, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive. With liberty to revive, subject to the outcome of these two Writ Petitions, learned counsel requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as stated above. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
