HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY C.C.No.1041 of 2013 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 17.12.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.38626 of 2012.

By the aforesaid order, while disposing of the writ petition, this Court directed the respondents to entertain and process the application submitted by the petitioner for grant of building permission in respect of house No.12-2-459/A/1, Beer Ban, Gudimalkapur, Hyderabad, without insisting for No Objection Certificate. This contempt case was filed in the year 2013. This Court had issued notice to the respondents. This contempt case has not been admitted so far.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the building permission has been granted and the respondents have complied with the order passed in the W.P.No. 38626 of 2012 and therefore the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt case is closed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
