It is fairly stated by both sides that the issue arising for consideration in this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision in W.P.No.29787 of 2016 and batch. A copy of the common order dated 22.11.2018 passed in W.P.No.29787 of 2016 and batch is placed on record.

For reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated order and in terms thereof, this writ petition is allowed to the extent of setting aside the impugned notice. This order shall however not preclude the authorities from issuing fresh notices to the petitioner giving full particulars as required by law.
