HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.14233 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.1 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in Crime No.576 of 2015 on the file of Sanjeevaraeddy Nagar Police station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under 3 (1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and 506 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The petitioner and the de facto complainant are residing in the same apartment. The allegation against the petitioner is that he, along with his two wives, abused the de facto complainant in the name of her caste, whenever she comes to the ground floor. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

The petitioner-accused No.1 is directed to surrender before the Court concerned and file an application seeking regular bail and on such application being filed, the Court Concerned is directed to consider the same on the same day.
