This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 30.04.2018 passed in I.A.No.759 of 2018 in O.S.No.474 of 2012 on the file of the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

A perusal of the record reveals that the respondent filed O.S.No.474 of 2012 on the file of the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, against the petitioners for declaration and recovery of the suit schedule property. After completion of the both sides evidence, the petitioners filed I.A.No.759 of 2018 to reopen the matter for the purpose of recalling PW.1 for further cross-examination. After hearing both sides, the trial Court dismissed the said interlocutory application on merits. Hence, this revision petition.

Today this Court dismissed C.R.P.No.3698 of 2018 filed by the petitioners to recall PW.1 for the purpose of further crossexamination. In view of the elaborate order passed in C.R.P.No.3698 of 2018, no further orders are necessary in this revision petition.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
