THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO.19336 of 2017 ORDER: (per SK,J) Smt.V.Dyumani, learned counsel representing Sri T.S.Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the writ petition has become infructuous and all issues may be left open to be addressed by the petitioner in S.A.No.150 of 2016 pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous leaving all issues open.

Interim order dated 14.06.2017 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
