The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking to grant relief of reinstatement into service with continuity of service and attendant benefits.

When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. At this point of time, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, this writ petition can be disposed of directing respondents Nos.2 and 3 to pay the service benefits of the petitioner for the services rendered by him prior to his removal.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents Nos.2 and 3 to pay the service benefits of the petitioner for the services rendered by him prior to his removal, if not already paid, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
