This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.338 of 2019 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Nirmal. A charge sheet came to be filed against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 270 and 273 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1/ State submitted that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order dated 27.08.2018 of this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 27.08.2018 in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.
