HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 21334 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Higher Education and learned Counsel appearing for Respondents 2 and 3.

The petitioner established a Society in the year 2003 and is running educational institutions. It took over the C.V.R.M. Degree College, which was under the management of Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Educational Society, V.Kota, Chittoor District. The change of management was recognized by the second and third respondents by passing orders on 22.8.2014 and 9.9.2014 respectively.

The Government also issued G.O.Rt.No.328, dated 21.8.2014 in regard thereto. This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of third respondent in not granting affiliation to the petitioner society college, i.e. CVRM Degree college pursuant to the submission of application dated 27.8.2014 and representation dated 2.2.2015.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner filed a copy of the

application dated 27.08.2014 as a material paper in this Writ Petition seeking grant of temporary conditional affiliation for the academic year 2014-15 by enclosing necessary fee. In view of the application filed by the Correspondent of the CVRM Degree College dated 27.8.2014, the third respondent is directed to consider the said application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
