ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for the first respondent and learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of second respondent-University in not considering the name of the petitioner to include in the list of eligible candidates for admission into B.Tech Agricultural Engineering (MPC stream under farmer's quota) for the academic year 2015-2016.

The learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent submits that the name of the petitioner was included in the merit list prepared by the University and she was allotted a seat in B,.Tech (Food, Science & Technology) for the academic year 2015-2016 and in view thereof, the subject matter of the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
