Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. The petitioner states that he has given representations on 17-022014, 17-03-2015 and 19-01-2016 to the respondents for grant of Online copies of 1-B Adangals and Record of Rights in their favour. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents had not passed any orders thereon till date. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that respondent No.4 will consider the representations filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In view of the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.4 to pass appropriate orders on the representations filed by the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
