THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.22288 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to declare the action of the respondent No.2 in interfering with the civil dispute in respect of the petitioner's land in Sy.No.113, situated at Jeedimetla village, Kuthbullapur mandal, Medchal District and not taking action against the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 as per the FIR No.455 of 2017, dated 08.07.2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and perused the record.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of 4th respondent, a case in Cr.No.400 of 2017 was registered against the petitioner and after investigation, it is found to be civil in nature. Thereafter, final report was filed on 28.04.2018. Basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.455 of 2017 was registered against the respondent Nos.3 and 4 and the same is pending investigation. The respondents never interfered with the civil disputes.

4. In view of the same, the respondents are directed not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
