Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority against the impugned suspension order dt.01.11.2019.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. It is needless to say that the appellate authority on entertaining the appeal preferred by the petitioner shall dispose of the same, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such appeal. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
