THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.SUNI L CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.41974 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in registration of the case in OR No.65/16-17 of Mallepalli Beat, Porumamilla Range, Kadapa District, against the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
