HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 7425 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/ A1 in C.C.No.245 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Narsapur, Medak District.

Though the Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashing of the proceedings in the above C.C., but the learned Counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the C.C. at the earliest.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Narsapur, Medak District, to dispose of C.C.No.245 of 2019 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, without giving unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties. 4.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
