O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to settle the claim of the petitioner following the death of her husband Prabhudas in the Group Insurance Scheme bearing policy No.3974010 with the LIC and to get the amounts paid to the petitioner within a time frame.

While admitting the writ petition on 16.06.2003, an interim direction was issued to the respondents in WPMP.No.6862 of 2003 to take action on the representation of the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader for School Education produced proceedings dated 18.07.2006 wherein it is stated that the respondents have settled the LIC Claim, and hence the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Recording the submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim orders passed by this Court WPMP No.6862 of 2003. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J Date: 01.10.2015 dv
