THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.22258 of 2018 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to declare the inaction of the respondent No. 3 in acting on the complaint, dated 09.02.2018 and registering the F.I.R. against the respondent No.4 as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions in which it is stated that the petitioner made the above complaint, dated 09.02.2018 against her daughter-inlaw and later withdrawn the said complaint. Again on 02.07.2018 a fresh complaint was given and the same was registered as Cr.No.5 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 323 and 506 r/w 34 IPC.
4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
