HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22264 OF 2018 ORDER :

Aggrieved by the action on the part of the 3rd respondent and his subordinates in interfering with personal life and liberty of the petitioner, this Writ Petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, produced written instructions, stating that no complaint is received against the petitioner and no crime is registered and they never interfered with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner and also that they have also not sent any police constables to the petitioner. He submits that they neither threatened nor abused the petitioner. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents-police not to interfere with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law.
