ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in threatening the petitioner at the instance of 4th respondent, as arbitrary and illegal.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions, submits that one Abburu Sashanka lodged a complaint on 2.11.2016 against the petitioner and three others. Pursuant to the same, a case in Cr.No.452 of 2016 was registered, investigation was taken up, witnesses were examined and their statements were also recorded. He further submits that VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Bheemunipatnam granted conditional bail to the petitioner. In pursuance thereof, the petitioner is attending the police station on every Monday and Friday. Notices under Section 41-A of Code of Criminal Procedure were served on A2 & A4, and A3 is absconding. After completion of investigation, as per law, an appropriate report will be filed before the Court concerned. The allegation of harassment and interference in connection with the crime is denied.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. However, during the course of investigation, the respondent-police shall follow due process of law.
