This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent in conducting and completing investigation in Cr.NO.200 of 2017, dated 22-06-2017 on the file of Arundelpet Police Station, Guntur, Guntur District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the investigation in the above crime is almost completed and police examined five

(5) witnesses and recorded their statements. It is stated that charge-sheet will be filed within three months. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police to file charge sheet within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
