HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 18130 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Home.

The grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 15.04.2015 requesting for providing gunmen in view of the threat is not considered till date.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation dated 15.04.2015, after giving a personal hearing to the petitioner, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
