Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent is not registering crime against respondents 4 to 11, though he made complaint on 02-03-2015.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that the petitioner's complaint was received by registered post with acknowledgment due, based on which, a G.D. entry was made. After conducting preliminary enquiry, a case in Cr.No.81 of 2015 is registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448 and 506 read with 34 IPC on 18-03-2015 and took up investigation.

In view of registration of the crime, therefore, nothing further survives for consideration in this writ petition. However, the 3rd respondent shall complete the investigation and file appropriate report expeditiously.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
