This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent No.3 in conducting and completing investigation in Cr.No.275 of 2016, dated 11-09-2016 and filing final report/charge sheet.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced a copy of charge sheet stating that the charge sheet is ready and the same will be filed.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to file charge-sheet within a period of one week from today.
