Sri M.R. Vara Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, having argued the matter seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn at admission stage itself. However, the Court below is directed to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
