HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1041 OF 2015 ORDER:
On hearing both sides, at the stage of admission the following order is passed.

On the report given by the de-facto complainant, Police of Chirala Police Station, Khammam District registered FIR No. 139 of 2013 against the accused for the offences under Sections 498-A and 506 read with Section 34 IPC.
3. The petitioners/A-6 to A-9 are brothers of father-inlaw (A2) of the de-facto complainant. The allegations against the petitioners is that concealing the fact that the husband of the de-facto complainant is a handicapped person and cannot walk and cannot talk properly and unfit for cohabitation, they performed marriage between th e de-facto complainant and her husband. She also made different allegations against other accused with which we are not concerned.
The investigation is reported to be pending.
4. Having regard to the prima facie material against the present petitioners, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the submission that petitioners 1 to 3/A-6 to A-8 are old and retired employees of TTD and petitioner No. 4/A-9 is an employee in TTD and their arrest during the course of investigation will
cause any amount of hardship to them, the police of Chirala Police Station, Khammam District, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/A6-A9 during the course of investigation. Petitioners are directed to cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
6. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
