When this matter was listed on 21.04.2016, at request of advocate for appellant, the matter was adjourned to 16.06.2016 and on that day, though there was no representation for both sides, the matter was adjourned for two weeks. On 02.08.2016, as there was no representation for both sides, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Today when the matter is taken up, listed under the caption "For Dismissal", neither the advocate for appellant appeared nor any representation is made on his behalf.

2. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand dismissed.
