THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.11523 of 2015 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent University in not declaring the result of the second year MBBS., examination of the petitioners held in January, 2015 as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently direct the respondent University to announce the result of the second year MBBS., examinations of the petitioners forthwith. Heard and perused the records.

The main grievance of the petitioners is that though they are allowed to appear for 2nd year MBBS., examinations, their results were not declared and the respondent University has not passed any order showing the reasons for not declaring the results of the petitioners. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent University to declare the results of the 2nd year MBBS., examinations of the petitioners forthwith. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall also stand disposed of.
