HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 7701 OF 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) The petitioner seeks production of Shaik Jani Basha, son of Mahamad Jani before the Court stating that he is her husband and has been illegally detained by respondent Nos.6 to 12. On last occasion, while issuing notice, we had directed to produce Shaik Jani Basha before the Court. Today, he is present. We interacted with him in the open Court and he categorically stated that he would not like to go with the petitioner and that he has not been illegally detained, as alleged. In the circumstances, we have no option but to dismiss the writ petition.
