HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Writ Petition No. 6413 of 2011 O R D E R:

This writ petition was filed aggrieved by the alleged inaction on the part of the Station House Officer, Ghatkesar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, upon the complaint dated 7.3.2011 submitted by the petitioner against the 4th

respondent herein.

The Sub-Inspector of Police, Ghatkesar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, filed a counter affidavit stating that upon a private complaint made to the Criminal Court, which was forwarded to the Station House Officer, Ghatkesar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, Crime No. 74 of 2011 was registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B and 506 I.P.C. read with Section 3(i) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. The 4th respondent, her mother and brother were stated to have been shown as the accused therein.

In the light of the aforestated counter averments, which remain unrebutted, it is clear that the petitioner's grievance as to the alleged inaction on his complaint stands redressed.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
