BALAYOGI WRI T PETI TI ON No.13315 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Justice Sanjay Kumar) The petitioner is the applicant in O.A.No.2127 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. The said O.A. is in the process of being transferred to this Court consequent upon the abolition of the Tribunal in so far as the State of Telangana is concerned. That being so, we see no grounds to entertain this writ petition as the petitioner would be at liberty to prosecute his O.A. once it is renumbered and posted before the learned single Judge having provision to hear the same.
