Petitioner claims that he purchased the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.2.10 guntas in Sy.No.198/E2 Part situated at Agapally village, Manchal Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, by way of registered sale deed dated 20.11.2018. Petitioner filed application through TSTS Limited on 25.07.2019 to mutate his name in the revenue records and to issue e-pattadar pass books. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed. 2.

TS-Online receipt is enclosed as Ex.P4 at page no.42. Having regard to the same, without entering into merits of the claim of petitioner, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Tahsildar (3rd respondent) to consider the application for mutation made by the petitioner and take appropriate decision as warranted by law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
