This writ petition is filed challenging G.O.Ms.No.100, Home (General. A) Department, dated 26.04.2013 and to declare the action of respondents in not fixing the rate of admission for the petitioners - Theaters as per their applications, as illegal and arbitrary. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been adjudicated by this Court in a batch of writ petitions viz., W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch, vide common order dated 31.10.2016, and this matter is squarely covered by the said common order. The same is not disputed by the counsel appearing for respondents. Hence, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the common order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
