HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR C.M.A. No.964 of 2010 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is preferred against order dated 21.08.2010 in I.A.No.1384 of 2009 in O.S No.137 of 2009 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Chirala.

2. Appellants herein are plaintiffs, who filed the suit for partition of suit schedule property, and in that suit, they filed I.A.No.1384 of 2009 for grant of temporary injunction restraining the respondents from alienating or creating any document regarding the schedule mentioned property till disposal of the suit. Trial Court dismissed the said application on merits and questioning the same, the present appeal is preferred.

3. As seen from the office note, the main suit O.S.No.137 of itself was disposed of on 15.10.2014 and the suit was decreed in favour of plaintiffs.

4. In view of disposal of the main suit, nothing survives in this appeal for adjudication.

5. For these reasons, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Appeal shall stand closed.
