THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.22260 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation on 07-05-2018 to 2nd respondent for bifurcation of Kondapuram Gram Panchayat and constituting Sitarampuram village as Gram Panchayat and 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will consider the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dt.07-05-2018 within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
