The present writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the fifth respondent not to visit the petitioner's house bearing No.43-44-2, Hanuman Nagar, Moula Ali, Malkajgiri, Malkajgiri-Medchal District, and harass and threaten the petitioner and his family members without there being any case registered against him.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 19.11.2019, which is placed on record of this Court, would submit that a case is registered against the petitioner in Crime No.734 of 2019 for the offence under Section 435 IPC on the file of Malkajgiri Police Station, on 21.10.2019 and basing on the statements of L.Ws.2 and 3, the petitioner herein is arrayed as accused No.2 therein. Learned AGP would further submit that the fifth respondent, except conducting investigation into the matter, never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time and the endeavour of the petitioner is to bring pressure on the police official to divert them from investigating into the case registered against him. 4.
Recording the submission made on behalf of the fifth respondent based on the written instructions and inasmuch as a case is registered against the petitioner and the same is under investigation, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
