HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7426 of 2019 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.245 of 2017 on the file of the Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Mulugu.

During the course of hearing, the only prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners-A1 to A3 is to direct the concerned Magistrate to commence and conclude the trial in the above CC as expeditiously as possible.

In the light of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Mulugu, shall commence and conclude the trial in C.C.No.245 of 2017 on his file, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without giving any unnecessary adjournments.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
