No representation for the petitioner-accused No.3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on charge sheet being filed, the learned Special Judicial First Class Magistrate (Mobile), Khammam, has taken cognizance and assigned C.C.No.37 of 2016, and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
