In the revision, undisputedly from the very re-entrustment, though not mentioned in so many words the Commissioner further executed the commission on 25.02.2018 and submitted his report dated 05.03.2018 before the Court below, which is covered by the material papers at page Nos.34 & 35 of the present revision. Once such is the case, if at all any objections therein, it is left open to submit before the trial Court.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
