O R D E R
This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in issuing the impugned proceedings dated 29.07.2010 appointing the 4th respondent as a single trustee to the 3rd respondent temple, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to continue the petitioner as trustee to the 3rd respondent-temple. At the time of admission, no interim was granted. The operation of the impugned proceedings is only for a period of two years and by efflux of time, the same has expired.
In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
