This writ petition is filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus against respondent No.6 whereby it is claimed that the respondent No.6 at the instance of respondents 7 and 8 is harassing the petitioners and insisting the petitioners to settle the alleged dispute with respondents 7 and 8 and to declare the same as illegal, irregular, irrational and without jurisdiction.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondent Nos.1 to 6 and Sri R.Giri Kumar, learned counsel appearing for unofficial respondent Nos.7 and 8.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 02.12.2019, a copy of which is placed on record, submits that the official respondents denied the allegations made by the petitioners with regard to their involvement in the civil dispute and also denied that respondent No.6 at the instance of unofficial respondent Nos.7 and 8 is harassing the petitioners. It is further submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that on 15.11.2019, upon receiving a dial 100 call from the worker of respondent No.8 that some persons entered into their land and trying to plough the land, the police personnel went to the site and informed both the parties not to create any law and order problem and advised them to approach police station for any grievance. While so, the petitioner No.1-Kodem Venkaiah sent a petition to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Palvoncha through registered post wherein it is stated that one respondent No.7-Kanchara Narsi Reddy and

others illegally trespassed into their land and threatened the petitioner No.1. On an enquiry being done on the said petition by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Palvoncha Town, petition was closed as civil in nature and in that regard a notice dated 24.11.2019 was issued to the petitioner No.1 through registered post.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the official respondents on the basis of written instructions inasmuch as the respondent No.6 has categorically denied that he at the instance of unofficial respondents 7 and 8 is harassing the petitioners and insisting the petitioners to settle the alleged dispute, the grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition stand redressed and no further orders need be passed in the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
