Learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education informed this Court that a fresh tender notification had been issued on 19.03.2016 and that, in the light thereof, the cause in these writ petitions does not survive for consideration on merits.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners also agree.

The writ petitions are accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
