Sri Pasham Srinivasulu, learned standing counsel for respondents submits that the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy of filing appeal under Section 82 of the Employees' State Insurance Act, which is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to work out remedies as are available to him under law. 2.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, permission is hereby accorded as prayed for. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case are also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
