THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.23690 of 2004 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Sarpanch who is the member of the Mother Committee has stated that the petitioner was selected initially, but, subsequently, at the instance of the officers, the name of the 4th respondent was incorporated in the selection list. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had contended that the petitioner was never selected by the Mother Committee and the 4th respondent was selected by the Mother Committee.

In view of the assertion made by the learned Government Pleader, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the appointment of the 4th respondent as the 4th respondent was selected by the Mother Committee.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J Date: 18/12/2018 lkv
