This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"To issue order direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS declare the action of the respondents in not considering the objections raised by the petitioner dated: 01.09.2016 as illegal arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Act 30 of 2013 and consequentially direct the respondents to consider the objection raised by the petitioner on 01.09.2016 in Respect of the land covered in RS.No.88/2B an extent of Ac.8.00 Cts situated at Darbhagudem Village, Jeelugumilli Mandal, West Godavari District"

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for Respondents 1 to 3, apart from perusing the material available on record.

In the present Writ Petition, the petitioner herein is disputing the right of respondent No.4 in receiving compensation amount in respect of the subject properties. According to the petitioner, award enquiry is still pending before the competent authority.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open to the petitioner as well as respondent No.4 to raise their respective claims before the respondents 1 to 3 and it is open for the respondents to consider the same, if award enquiry is pending as on today, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
