HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 6611 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in proceeding with the selection of Anganwadi Workers and Anganwadi Helpers posts in Anantapur District pursuant to the notification dated 12.1.2011 and supplementary notification dated 7.12.2011.

There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 6.3.2013. Thereafter, the Writ petition was not posted and there is no interim order.

In view of the nature of the relief sought for in this Writ Petition, the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration at this length of time. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
