ORDER

Challenging the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in registering the complaint dated 2.1.2017 given by the petitioner against the 5th respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions, submits that the said complaint was not registered as it is civil in nature.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings by filing a private complaint, if he is so advised.
