ORDER
The present application has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the order, dated 05.11.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24570 of 2024, wherein this Court while disposing of the writ petition directed the respondents to permit the petitioner to use the existing 40 feet wide road leading from main road at Patancheru to Shankarpally for ingress and egress to the subject property, on petitioner paying an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to respondent No.4 - Kardanur Gram Panchayat, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. , 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that respondent No.4 - Kardanur Gram Panchayat is merged with Tellapur Municipality and therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to draw D.D for an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in the name of District Collector, Sangareddy, Sangareddy District - respondent No.2. r 3.
ln the said circumstances, the present application is disposed of and the operative portion of the order dated 05.11.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24570 ol 2024 is modified and ordered as follows:- ) "ln view of the above submission and as the petitioner has voluntarily offered to pay an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the respondent No.4 as welfare fund for the development of Gram Panchayat and as the said Gram Panchayat is merged with Tellapur Municipality, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to use the existing 40 feet wide road leading from main road at Patancheru to Shankarpally for ingress and egress to the subject properA, on petitioner paying an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to respondent No.2 within a period of two(2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order." t SD/-P.GOWRI SHANK.,T :i ASSTSTANT RnGIS TTiA I.1 ,TRUE COPY// OFFICER SECTIJ
