HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.807 of 2017 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of order passed by this Court in WP.No.46193 of 2016, dated 24-01-2017 wherein and whereby, the respondent was directed to dispose of the applications filed by the GPA holder of the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that order has been complied with.

When the matter is listed on 23-01-2018, there was no representation for the petitioners in the morning session and afternoon session and matter is directed to be posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, when the matter is called there is no representation for the petitioners. In view of the same, the contempt case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
