This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr. No.566 of 2009 of P.S. Patamata, Vijayawada, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471 and 420 IPC. During hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the police after investigation filed final report dt. 27.2.2012 before the Court concerned stating the case as a mistake of fact. In that view of the matter, the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
